RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns and exchanges for all compression tees and women’s items, starting from the date of delivery. Eligible items may be exchanged for an alternative size or returned for store credit only. Store credit has no expiration and can be used on any future purchase.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Returns requested outside of the 30-day window or that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be accepted. Please click below to start your return.

FINAL SALE POLICY
Please be advised that select purchases from Uncertn are final. Once a product is bought, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. This is due to most items being made-to-order. Please check the product's description for return eligibility.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we would be more than happy to offer you a full refund or replace the item! To submit a return request for a defective item, please email our support team at support@uncertn.com. Items marked as defective must have a picture of the faulty item including the defect, Uncertn logo and Uncertn tag when submitting the return request to be approved. We are not responsible for defects caused by excessive wear, incorrect washing/care and/or external forces. All claims for defective items must be made within 30-days of delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once this 10-minute window has passed.
